Fourth Walnut Creek Mutual (4WCM) serves seven projects in Rossmoor. The goal of 4WCM is to provide the best service cost-effectively. We feel that prompt maintenance and rehab schedules not only improve the quality of the neighborhood, but also save money by tackling problems before they become costly repairs. This site contains a calendar of meetings, the status of landscape and building maintenance projects, back issues of our newsletter, special news, and 4WCM documents.
